Scheduling and drop off was super easy. Reggie is a great rep for the service department. I do wish I would have gotten a call when my vehicle was done, but honestly since I knew it would be completed that day it wasn’t too

I got there for a walk in oil change at 7:38 and was out by 8:42. Was advised I needed a tire rotation and got it done as well. Great timing and amazing service. Thanks you Reggie for your awesome customer service.

Communication was great

The work as always is expensive. My alternator needed to be replaced which is a part of the steering system check - my “service stabiltrak” light continues to come on to the dashboard. It after having to pay $1,250 already, I can’t afford to bring it back in. Also, you need more than one person working the service desk as it is always busy at the location. Reggie is awesome. Whoever worked on my car left it dirty with whatever residue was on their hands and I had to wipe off my steering wheel, door handle, and inside underneath my drivers side window with Chlorox wipes.
