i bought a new car me and the salesman never did a walk around of the vehicle so when i got home i decided to do one and noticed the taillight was crack when i called up there they gave me a number to send some pictures to they never responded so i went back the next day they told me they where gonna order the taillight n give me a when it came so that they can have it exchanged it’s been almost 2 weeks and i haven’t heard anything
